Brian Krebs

Chief Executive Officer, Property Manager

Prior to starting Synergy Real Estate Group Inc., Brian owned and operated a small Property Management firm that worked to develop land and to manage community Associations and scattered site homes. Simultaneously, Brian worked as a Construction Manager for a boutique construction firm specializing in the construction and development of communities and free-standing homes. In 2009, Brian decided to exit the construction business and open Synergy Real Estate Group Inc. Brian has over 16 years experience in Property Management and in the construction of homes and communities. Brian holds a Broker License from the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. He is able to pull from his years of experience in related fields, when needed, in order to better assist and facilitate decisions being made by community Boards, whether it be creating new policies, facing a maintenance issue or ongoing maintenance planning for your community. Brian’s work in Project Management and Income Management as well as his ability to budget a plan will greatly assist your community in targeting with your actual costs and expenses.

Dick Krebs

CMCA, Property Manager – Homeowners Association & Rental

Dick began working in 2005 as a community manager with a local community management company. During that time, he gained a wealth of knowledge working with all types of communities from scattered home communities, condominium communities and low-rise condominium buildings. Dick decided to leave that company and team up with Brian to start Synergy Real Estate Group Inc. in 2009. In 2006, Dick obtained his CMCA designation and he is a trained rule 31 mediator and carries an Affiliate Broker’s License with the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. He is also a board member for the Community Association Institute, Nashville Chapter (CAI). Dick brings to your community effective communication and listening skills, as well as his wealth of knowledge and education involving community governance.

Dawn Bagby

Homeowners Association Property Manager

Dawn began working with communities by becoming active on Association Boards, both scattered home communities and a large condominium community. Currently, Dawn manages commercial sites and residential sites. Since 2007, Dawn has furthered her knowledge of the commercial and residential market to include a clear understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, future planning, and Property Management. Dawn has an upbeat, forward thinking outlook and the experience to guide your community into the future. Dawn’s abilities will help you meet your community goals and objectives.
