Condo Questionnaire/Certification Payment Process
MUST pay before any work is done on questionnaire/certification.
We do charge $80.00 to complete the questionnaire/certification, which needs to be paid before the questionnaire/certification can be completed. There are several ways to make a payment and you are welcome to pick whichever way is best for you.
- You can mail a check with the questionnaire/certification through USPS, FedEx, or UPS to: Synergy Real Estate Group Inc., 179 Belle Forest Circle, Suite 302, Nashville, TN 37221.
- You can use the PayPal button located on this page to pay for it online with a credit card or bank account. (This is a safe and secure website.)
- You can have someone bring the check and questionnaire/certification to our office. (Address is the same as mailing address.)
Please note a charge of $25.00 will be added for any RUSH work orders that need to be completed within 1-3 business days. We will work hard to get all condo questionnaires/certifications completed as soon as possible but cannot guarantee a prompt turnaround time of 1-3 business days if no RUSH is requested. We get none RUSH questionnaires completed and returned within 7 business days.
