SYNERGY THOUGHT PROCESS

It is Synergy’s thought process that the Board of Managers is elected by the homeowners to a non-profit corporation known as the Homeowners Association. This Homeowners Association management is a business. The assets of this business are the buildings or structures belonging to the Association. The income for this business is the fee that each member or stock holder of the Association pays each month. There are very few other sources of income for your business. Synergy employs a thought process that will assist the Board in understanding what the cost of operation verses the income for the corporation is. Once this is calculated, Synergy will assist your Board in a plan of action to maximize the revenue and guide you with budgeting strategies to limit expenditures in order to allow your business to operate within the limitations of the income while obtaining your Associations goal based objectives.

Synergy also believes that each homeowner is entitled to be informed and be extended an ongoing open line of communication. Synergy employees treat each homeowner as they, themselves, would like to be treated. Our Property Managers like to take the time that is needed to speak with any homeowner that calls. Synergy’s Property Managers goal with each homeowner conversation, whether on the phone or face to face, is to fully answer questions and to insure that each homeowner completely understands what steps have been taken or will be taken and why.

Synergy prides itself in being big enough to handle your needs, but small enough to serve your community with a need based management style. Every community and Association is different and our Property Managers are trained to learn your Associations needs and structure our system to fulfill those needs. This, along with our flat fee: no nickel-and-diming billing process makes Synergy a very unique and value added service Property Management Company.

We look forward to working with you and assisting you in meeting your community’s goals and objectives.
